His Royal Highness Prince Mohammad bin Salman is the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia, President of the Council of Ministers, President of the Council for Economic and Development Affairs, and Chairman of RCU.

The Crown Prince is leading the effort to restructure Saudi Arabia’s economy with the implementation of Vision 2030, which aims to reduce the country’s dependence on oil and develop public service sectors such as health, education, infrastructure, recreation, and tourism.

HH Prince Badr was appointed as Governor of RCU by Royal Decree in 2017. He has been the Minister of Culture since 2018 and is the first Minister since the formation of the ministry.

HH Prince Badr presides over the Board of Trustees of the National Museum at the King Abdulaziz Historical Center as well as the Board of Directors of “Misk Art Institute”, in addition to multiple government positions that are directly related to achieving the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.

In November 2019, His Highness was appointed as a Chairman of the National Committee for Education, Culture and Science, and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Red Sea Film Festival Foundation. In September 2019, he was appointed as the Chairman of the Arab Group of Museums (ICOM-ARAB).

He holds a Ph.D. in the Philosophy of Economics, Planning, and Development from Stanford University, USA, received in 1995, and a Master’s degree in Economics, Planning, and Development from Stanford and San Francisco Universities in the United States, received in 1987 and 1985. He also received his BA in Economics from King Saud University in 1981.

He is a member of many boards and higher committees, and he chairs the Board of Directors of the General Commission for the Guardianship of Trust Funds for Minors and Their Counterparts. He is also a member of the Board of Directors at the National Development Fund and the General Authority for Statistics. He worked as an advisor at the Royal Court (2017–2018), Deputy Minister of Education for Boys Affairs (2011–2015), Vice-Dean of King Saud University for Development and Quality (2009–2011), and Dean of King Abdullah Institute for Research and Consulting Studies (2008–2009).

HE Eng. Ibrahim is an Advisor at the Royal Court with the rank of minister and holds a BA in Civil Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (1978).

He is a member of several boards and committees, including  the Board of Directors of the Royal Commission for Makkah City and the Holy Sites and the Commission’s Executive Committee, Board of Directors of Diriyah Gate Development Authority, Executive Committee of Public Investment Fund, Board of Directors of Royal Commission for Riyadh City, Board of Directors of Makkah Region Development Authority, Board of Directors of Al Madina Region Development Authority, Board of Directors of Sharqia Development Authority, Board of Directors of the High Commissions for the Development of Hail Region, Board of Directors of the High Commission for the Development of Aseer Region, Board of Directors of Qiddiya, and Board of Directors of the New Central Jeddah Company.

He was the Mayor of the Riyadh Region, Head of the Projects and Planning Centre of the High Commission for the Development of Riyadh, Chairman of the Preparatory Committee of the Supreme Committee to oversee the implementation of the King Abdulaziz Project for Public Transport in Riyadh, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Riyadh Holding Company, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Riyadh Development Company, and Chairman of Board of Riyadh Districts Service.

Moreover, HE is a member of the Supervisory Committee of the King Abdulaziz Camel Festival Project, the Higher Committee for Utilising Al Thumama Farm, the Higher Committee for Traffic Safety in Riyadh, the Higher Committee for Environmental Protection in Riyadh, and the Higher Committee for Transport in Riyadh.

HE Dr. Fahad is the General Secretary of the Strategic Committee of the Council of Economic and Development Affairs, the Director of the Strategic Management Office, which oversees Vision 2030, and the Secretary-General and member of the Board of Directors of major projects launched by the Public Investment Fund.

He is responsible for supervising the planning, governance, implementation, and achievement initiatives within the social and economic reform programme framework that the Kingdom is witnessing under Saudi Vision 2030, and he held the position of General Secretary of the Saudi Secretariat of the 2020 G20. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Royal Commission for Makkah and the Holy Sites.

He holds a Ph.D. in Financial Economics, a Master’s degree in Business Administration from King’s College London, and a Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering and Mechanical Design from King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah.

Dr. Saad bin Abdullah Al-Sowayan is an academic and a professor of Sociology at King Saud University (KSU). He is also a researcher specialised in oral history and Arabic Nabataean poetry.

He was an Assistant Professor at KSU and supervised the Traditional Heritage Museum at the College of Arts. He served as the Head of the Social Studies Department and was the CEO and General Director of the “King Abdulaziz Al Saud Documentary Project”. He was the Scientific Supervisor and Editor-in-Chief of the “Traditional Culture Documentary Project”.

Dr. Al-Sowayan holds a Ph.D. in Anthropology, Folklore, and Oriental Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, in the USA, as well as a Master’s degree in People and Anthropology and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, USA.

Dr. Eid is a researcher in the anthropology, archaeology, and geography of the Arabian Peninsula. He is the author of the Tripartite Theory of National Knowledge, upon which the nation-state is based. He started his professional career as a teacher at the National Guard schools, then travelled to the United Kingdom (UK) to pursue his higher studies. During his journey in the UK, he has a contract with the Saudi Embassy in London where he executed exhibitions and cultural activities on the history of social and political Saudi heritage. Upon his return, he worked at the King Abdulaziz Center for National Dialogue and was a part-time researcher at the King Faisal Center for Research and Islamic Studies.

He was a writer and presenter of the programme Retracing Arab Footsteps produced by the Al Arabiya Channel. He received his Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Exeter, his Master’s degree in Diplomatic Sciences from the University of Westminster in the UK, and his Bachelor’s degree in Arabic Language from Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University.

He participated in international conferences promoting the fields of dialogue, peace, and cultural acquaintance among communities and peoples. He authored several books including The Travelers in the Arabian Peninsula, The British Discoverers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Voices of the Arabian Peninsula in the Eyes of the Greatest Traveler.

Eng. Mousa is a businessman with experience dealing with local, international, and industrial investments by participation in family businesses.

Eng. Mousa is a Board Member of Savola Group, Banque Saudi Fransi, Arab Cement Company, AlMarai, Council of Makkah Region Industrial Committee in Jeddah Chamber of Commerce, Public Powers Committee in Jeddah Chamber, Saudi Arabian Airlines, Jeddah Company for Development, and General Authority for Investment.

Also, he is a Board Member of RCU and the Chairman of the Investment Committee.

He holds a Diploma in Bakery Science and Technology from the Pittsburgh Institute in Kansas City, USA, Master’s degree in Business Administration from St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas, USA, and Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from King Saud University in Riyadh, KSA.

An architect and urban designer who graduated from Canterbury College of Art and executed several projects. He received his Master’s and Ph.D. degrees from the Royal College of Art in London.

He is the Executive Vice President of the Prince Charles Foundation for Heritage Arts in London. In cooperation with his team at the College of Art, he established educational centres and programmes in different parts of the globe that aim to engage the youth with their cultural heritage through artistic and craft disciplines.

In 2009, Queen Elizabeth Il awarded him the title of Lieutenant of the Royal Victorian Order (LVO).

He is the CEO for both the Red Sea Development and AMAALA Companies since 2018. His experience includes real estate development, project structuring, financing, construction management, as well as asset management.

He held the position of General Manager of Development at Canary Wharf Group and established the Canary Wharf Residential Company. He established his own company, Old Fort Capital Investments Limited, with a focus on providing strategic consulting and services, along with real estate development operations in large development projects.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the University of Toronto in Canada as well as a certificate in Corporate Finance from London Business School (LBS).
